SERVICES: Services will be at 2:30 PM Tuesday at the White Deer Church of Christ in White Deer, with Mr. Gary Bodine, evangelist with the Church of Christ at Borger, officiating. BURIAL: White Deer Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Neill was born April 13, 1927 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She married A. J. Hallmark on January 20, 1944 in San Francisco, California. He preceded her in death on June 11, 1966 in Hamlin, Texas. She has been a resident of Skellytown since 1968. She married Melvin V. Neill on July 19, 1968 in Skellytown. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2000. She retired from the Worley Hospital in 1974 as a LVN. She attended the Church of Christ at Borger. She was active in the Hutchinson, Co. Genealogical Society and the founder of the Red Bonnets of Texas Chapter of the Red Hats Society.SURVIVORS: 2 Sons and Daughters-in-laws: Tommie and Judy Elliott of Princeton, and Randy and Debra Elliott of Skellytown; 5 Daughters and 4 Son-in-laws: Ruth and Rusty Robbins of Flower Mound, Gwyn and Warren Kayler of Skellytown, Kathleen and Chris Gould of Wilmington, NC., Deborah and Larry Hendrick of San Leon, and Linda King of Skellytown; 2 Sisters: Ann Hearne of West Virginia, and Kay Hallmark of Arizona. 17 grandchildren and 17 Great-Grandchildren.MEMORIALS: Skellytown Benevolence Fund c/o First Baptist Church, P.O Box 176, Skellytown, Texas 79080.
