SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Jim Senkel, pastor of Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church of Graham, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Shouse was born on October 10, 1933 at Durham, Oklahoma and was raised at Canadian, Texas. He married Vernice Hulsey on Aug. 7, 1950 at Fort Sumner, NM. She preceded him in death on Oct. 18, 1974. He later married Sandra (Sandy) Cotten on Aug. 23, 1975 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Pampa. Mr. Shouse worked for Malcolm Hinkle for 19 years and later owned and operated H & S Heating and Air Conditioning in Pampa until his retirement in 1990. In 1990, he moved to Nocona and then moved to Graham in 1994. He was a member of Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church in Graham. He loved fishing, camping, family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Annie Shouse, a son, Mike Shouse, a sister, Cleta Elliott, a brother, Roy Junior Shouse, and a great grandson, Jeremiah Villegas.SURVIVORS: Wife: Sandra (Sandy) Shouse of the home; 1 son: Billy Shouse and wife Cristy of Pampa; 1 daughter: Debe Shouse of Gainesville; 3 sisters: Mary Ellyson of Weatherford, Texas, Clara Halford of Barnsdall, OK, and Carolyn Cook of Wacombis, OK; a daughter-in-law: Edwina Shouse of Pampa; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 1015, Graham, TX 76450.
