Charles Lowry, associate pastor of the Bethel Baptist Temple in Tulsa, Oklahoma, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Throckmorton worked for Marie Foundation as a seamstress for 10 years.
