SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 17, 2004, at the First Presbyterian Church, with Dr. Edwin Cooley, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday, at the Gage Cemetery in Gage, Oklahoma, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Niemeier was born September 8, 1942 in Pampa to Fred & Ila Taylor Niemeier. He lived in Casper, Wyoming, returning to Pampa and graduating from Pampa High School in 1961. He was a graduate of West Texas State University where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He was a talented musician, playing the drums for several bands, and he also repaired violins. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Heather Pennell of Hobbs, New Mexico. 1 Step-Son: Sean Bates of Hobbs, New Mexico. Mother: Ila Niemeier of Pampa. 1 Grandson: Austin Pennell of Hobbs, New Mexico.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
