SERVICES: 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at Memory Gardens West Mausoleum with Glen Walton, minister of Bell Avenue Church of Christ in Amarillo, officiating. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Lewis was born March 6, 1907 in Hollis, Oklahoma. She married William J. Lewis May 26, 1926 in Wheeler, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 20, 1979. She has lived in Pampa most of her life. She was a charter member of Mary Ellen and Harvester Church of Christ, and a member of Pampa Senior Citizens Center.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Harold Lewis and wife Charlotte and James H. Lewis and wife Marilyn all of Pampa. 1 daughter: Billie Schulz of Wasilla, Alaska. 1 half brother: Bismark Blackstock of Pampa. 10 grandchildren: Pam Schulz Mundt, Jerome Schulz, William Schulz, Howie Lewis, Dean Lewis, Andrea Caison, Annette Juhl, Howard Lewis, Debbie Raymond, and William Lewis. 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. MEMORIALS: Odyssey Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, Texas 79101.
