Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, November 1, 2004, at the First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Rev. Jim Shamburger, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Victoria, Texas, officiating.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Smith was born January 3, 1958 in Pampa. She had been a resident of White Deer for 28 years. She was a 1976 graduate of White Deer High School. She married Gearry Smith on May 7, 1976 in White Deer. She worked for the Ford Family Chiropractic Clinic as the office manager until 2001. She was a very active member of the First Baptist Church of White Deer, where she was a member and past president of the WMU, and past director of the First Baptist Church Youth Group.SURVIVORS: Husband: Gearry Smith of the home. 2 Sons: Leeland Hackbarth of Orlando, Florida, and Ryan Smith of Canyon. 1 Daughter: Jana Smith of White Deer. Mother: Lee Ledford of Skellytown. 2 Brothers: Michael Ledford of White Deer, and Wendell Ledford of Jonesboro, Arkansas. 3 Sisters: Karen Williams and Brenda Madden, both of Pampa, and Marcy Ruth of Skellytown. 2 Grandchildren.
