SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 23, 2004, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, with Rev. Lewis Ellis, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Stone was born October 29, 1905 in Brandenburg, Kentucky. She married L. O. Stone on November 10, 1923 in Jenks, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on August 1, 1987. She had been a resident of Lefors for 30 years, moving to White Deer in 1999. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lefors and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a homemaker.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Irene Stone Poland of White Deer. 2 Sons: G. E. Stone of Amarillo and Owen Stone of Sheridan, Wyoming. 12 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Don Stone on September 25, 2003.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, Texas 79065.
