BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Dedmon was born November 18, 1932 in Sweetwater, Oklahoma. She married Bob Dedmon of Pampa on September 3, 1949 and lived 32 years in Miami, Texas. She was past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star in Miami. She was a student pilot, beginning ham radio operator, and enjoyed riding motorcycles, dune buggies and water skiing. Nita retired after 25 years as an employee of Natural Gas Pipeline Company. She was an avid reader, accomplished computer lover, talented cook, successful flower gardener and a devoted Bible student. However, Nita was best known for her loving nature, devotion and loyalty to her family and friends. She never met a stranger and everyone who met her loved her. SURVIVORS: Husband: Bob Dedmon of Pampa. 2 Daughters: Sharon White of Denton and Sandra Gilbert of Livingston. 1 Son: Michael Dedmon of Pampa. 1 Sister: Allene Sharp & husband Lyle, of Chouteau, Oklahoma. 2 Brothers: Larry Ray & wife Lynn of Pampa and J. D. Ray & wife Marianne of Williamstown, West Virginia. 1 Brother-in-Law: Chuck. 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren.
