S. and M. S. degrees from Penn St. University. He married Judy Scott on Oct. 8, 1986 in Bellevue, Washington. He was a Lt. Cmdr. of the U. S. Navy, where he served for 20 years. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as a software engineer for Boeing Airplane Co. in Seattle, Washington.SURVIVORS: Wife: Judy Scott of the home; 1 son: Alan Richardson and Parma Yarkin of Ann Arbor, MI;4 daughters: Elizabeth Richardson and husband Jim Costello of Alexandria, VA; Suzanne Heist and husband Craig of Laurel, MD; Cherylann Moore and husband Jim of Pampa; and Robyne Estrada and husband Shawn of Auburn, WA; mother: Grace Richardson of Pacific Grove, CA; 1 granddaughter: Claire Costello of Alexandria, VA; 3 grandsons: Michael Moore and Daryl Moore, both of Pampa; and Bhriar Estrada of Auburn, WA.MEMORIALS: Muscular Dystrophy Association, 3300 E.
