Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Leslie Jones, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Wilson was born October 18, 1920 in Canyon. He married Elda Gordon on June 20, 1946 in Canyon. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1960. He retired from West Star as a production superintendent after 32 years of service. He was a member of the Wells Street Church of Christ. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during World War II.SURVIVORS: Wife: Elda Wilson of the home. 2 Sons: George Wayne Hawkins of Gilbert, Arizona, and Warren Hamill Wilson, Jr., of Austin. 1 Sister: Ella Mae Clark of Canyon. 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Marie Wold in 1997.
