She married Raymond F. Utzman on May 30, 1947 in Mullin, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2003, after 56 years of marriage. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1954. She spent many years devoted to helping others as an LVN, working for Dr. Carl Lang, Coronado Hospital, Coronado Healthcare Center, and Leisure Lodge Nursing Center. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Franklin & Mary Belle West Poer.SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Judy Fowler & husband Bob of Portland, Oregon, and Susan Stone & husband David of Corpus Christi. 3 Sons: Raymond Utzman & wife Gayleen of Albuquerque, New Mexico, David Utzman & wife Karen of Rowlett, and Wayne Utzman & wife Sherrill of The Colony. 1 Sister: Mary Staggs of Littleton, Colorado. 15 grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several step-great-grandchildren.
