Don Kinder, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa with Masonic graveside rites courtesy of Miami Masonic Lodge #805 AF & AM.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hodges was born on Sept. 17, 1913 at Iowa Park, Wichita County, Texas. He had been a resident of Roberts County since the age of 4, where he had farmed and ranched for 60 years. He married Carrie Lee Seitz on Dec. 31, 1932 at Canadian. She preceded him in death in 1995. He was a member of the United Methodist Church where he served on the Board of Trustees. He served on the Miami ISD Board of Trustees in the 1950's and served 2 terms on the Roberts County Commissioners Court. He was a member, past master, and deputy grandmaster of Miami Masonic Lodge #805 AF & AM. He was a member of Khiva Shrine Temple in Amarillo, the Pampa Shrine Club, and the El Paso Scottish Rite Consistory.SURVIVORS: 1 son: Gene Hodges and wife Lorraine of Miami; 1 daughter: Caroline Rankin and husband Paul of Abilene; 1 granddaughter: Crista Hart of Abilene; 1 grandson: Randal Rankin of Fredericksburg; and 2 great grandchildren: Jaydon and Casey Hart, both of Abilene.MEMORIALS: United Methodist Church, P.
