SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, April 30, 2004, at the Bible Church of Pampa, with Rev. Bob Banks, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. The body was cremated and is unavailable for viewing.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hahn was born June 27, 1920 at St. John, Kansas. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving in England and Germany with the rank of Sergeant during World War II. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He married Opal Sidebottom in 1947, and she preceded him in death. He later married Joyce Scott on June 24, 2003. He owned and operated Hahn Building Supply in Ulysses, Kansas from 1960 until 1971. He was a resident of Amarillo from 1981 until moving to Pampa in 2003. He was a member of the Lions Club, and was a past District Governor. He attended the Bible Church of Pampa, and was a member of the Paramount Terrace Christian Church in Amarillo. SURVIVORS: Wife: Joyce Hahn of the home. 1 Daughter: Celia Polster and husband Dennis of Conway, Arkansas. 3 Sisters: Eleanor Ruscoe of Stafford, Kansas, Stella Crouse of Deltona, Florida, and Margery Clark of Overland Park, Kansas. 2 Grandchildren, Brad West of Butler, Pennsylvania, and Wendy West of Hattieville, Arkansas.
