SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, Texas, with Rev. Scott Penrod, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Hopper was born July 26, 1929 in Hoover, Texas. She was a former resident of Pampa, living in Oklahoma City for the past 20 years. She attended West Texas State College, and graduated from Kansas State University. She taught school in Texas and New Mexico. She was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a Methodist.SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Bruce Locke of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Larry Locke of Dallas. 3 Daughters: Myles Huckabay of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jane Scarborough & husband Justin Whitaker, and Julie Huckabay, all of Haslet, Texas. 1 Brother: Frank Daugherty of Pampa, Texas. 1 Sister: Jean Esposito of Dallas, Texas. 3 Grandsons: Barrett Locke of Tulsa, Oklahoma, John Huckabay of Amarillo, Texas, and Justin Scarborough of Haslet, Texas. 1 Granddaughter: Jessica Locke of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Hopper, her parents, John Marvin & Twila May Daugherty, and 2 brothers, Leon Daugherty and Bruce Daugherty.MEMORIALS: Make-A-Wish Foundation, 411 S.
