SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. John Westman, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Graveside rites will be accorded by Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Cook was born on Nov. 5, 1916 in Gray County to Albert and Manie Turcotte Converse. She married Leon M. Cook on June 24, 1934 at Sayre, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 2000. She was a lifelong resident of Pampa and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. She was a member of Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star.SURVIVORS: 1 son: Don Cook and wife Lou Ann of Tyler; 1 daughter: Wanda McIver of San Angelo; 2 sisters: Carrie Rose Hughes and Helen Harmon, both of Pampa; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Hoover, in 1973, and a grandson, Terry Cook.
