SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Gene Allen, retired Full Gospel minister, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Cox was born on April 10, 1909 in Noble County, Oklahoma. She had lived in Pampa since 1943. She married Bedford Cox on Feb. 23, 1956 in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on March 2, 1994. She worked for Southwestern Bell for over 40 years and was a member of Southwestern Bell Pioneers.SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Eva Graham and husband Pete of Tucumcari, NM; 1 son: Charlie Ritthaler and wife Pat of Pampa; 1 stepson: Bill Cox and wife Meredith of Pampa; 2 stepdaughters: Carolyn Bachus of Broken Arrow, OK and Eva Lou Hawkins of Chillicothe, Missouri; 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Louise Seeley and Martha Kerns, and by a son, Wayne Ritthaler.MEMORIALS: Briarwood Church Building Fund, 1800 W. Harvester, Pampa, TX 79065.
