SERVICES: 2:00 PM Wednesday, Febraury 18, 2004, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites courtesy of Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Culpepper was born March 8, 1913 in Silverton, Texas. He married Rubye Inez Green on October 21, 1933 in Amarillo. She preceded him in death on September 11, 1998. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1938. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM. He worked for Thompson Auto Parts, retiring in 1983. SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Billy James Culpepper from Warrensburg, Missouri. 1 Daughter: Linda Gail Shultz of Bedford. 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cory Culpepper.The family wishes to give special thanks to Shepard's Crook Nursing Agency, BSA Hospice, and caregivers Pauline Denton, Gynell King, Hazel Scott and Carolyn Shook.
