SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 7, 2004, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Doug DuBose, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Hinds was born September 23, 1915 in Elmore City, Oklahoma. She married Manuel Hinds in 1937 in Wellington. He preceded her in death in 1965. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1956. She worked for Dyer's Bar-B-Q and Harvester Bar-B-Q as a cook for 31 years. She was a Baptist.SURVIVORS: 4 Sons: Ernest Ricketts of San Antonio, Gene Hinds and Randy Hinds, both of Pampa, and Larry Hinds of Hooker, Oklahoma. 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ray Hinds. MEMORIALS: may be made to a favorite charity.SPECIAL NOTICE: The family will be at 1307 N. Russell.
