SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 6, 2004, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Lockhart was born November 12, 1911 in Cisco, Texas. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1914, moving from Stamford. He married Hazell Campbell on January 8, 1938 in Miami. She preceded him in death on July 19, 1994. He owned and operated several cafes in Pampa, and also ran the Yellow Cab Company at one time. He did custom mowing in the oilfield for over 30 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a member of the I.O.O.F., and a former member of the Texas National Guard.SURVIVORS: 1 Sister: Sandra Maloney of Albuquerque, New Mexico. 4 Grandchildren: Pam Lockhart-Highfill of Tumcula, California, Jeannie Smith of Phoenix, Arizona, Heather Fisher of Pampa, and Joshua Campbell of Bryan. 11 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 3 sons, Charles Ralph Lockhart, Roy Wayde Lockhart and Ronnie B. Campbell, and 1 sister, Claudia Calvert. MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church, P.O.
