BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors with Masonic graveside rites by Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Washington was born September 14, 1920 in Watonga, Oklahoma and was a resident of Pampa since 1934. He married Margaret Eckerd on May 24, 1946. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked for IRI International from 1945 until retiring in 1984 after 39 years of service. He joined the Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM in 1958. He held a 32nd degree from the El Paso Scottish Rite Consistory, and was a member of Khiva Shrine Temple in Amarillo, Pampa Shrine Club, and Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star. He was a Cabot Volunteer van driver and Meals on Wheels volunteer.
