SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, January 2, 2004, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Pastor William E. Adams of the Eternal Light Church of Borger, and John Hazel, a grandson, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Van Natta was born July 2, 1927 at Ford County, Kansas, to Leonard & Martha Van Natta. He married Leah Bell Kreger on July 26, 1945 at Jetmore, Kansas. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1975. He worked for Curtis Well Service as a pumper for 8 years. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Borger.SURVIVORS: Wife: Leah Bell Van Natta of the home. 5 Daughters: Sherry Manyard and Vicky Lynn, both of Borger, Mary Davis of Pampa, Patty Kennedy of Hooker, Oklahoma, and Georgia Garrard of Stinnett. 3 Sons: Chester Van Natta, Jr., of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jack Van Natta of Pampa, and Ronald Van Natta of Gore, Oklahoma. 2 Sisters: Dixie Pennington of Bethel, Kansas, and Betty Wright of Hillsboro, Oregon. 4 Brothers: Frank Wibright and Roger Wibright, both of New Orleans, Louisiana, Bobby Wibright of Kansas City, Kansas, and Larry Van Natta of Portland, Oregon. 26 Grandchildren, 48 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Harry Wibright, Floyd Van Natta and Lloyd Van Natta.MEMORIALS: American Heart Association, 6605 I-40 West, Amarillo, Texas 79106
