BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Rohde was born January 20, 1914 in Yutan, Nebraska. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1932. He married Johnnie Lee Richey on June 15, 1938 in Pampa. He worked for the U. S. Postal Service for 33 years, retiring in 1969. He served two terms as City Commissioner. He was a member of the First Assembly of God for 70 years, serving as deacon, church secretary and song leader for 35 years.SURVIVORS: Wife Johnnie Lee Rohde of the home. 1 Daughter: Patricia Farmer of Pampa. 1 Son: Arthur J. Rohde, Jr., & wife Gayle of McLean. 1 Granddaughter: Robin McCracken & husband Ethan of Amarillo. 2 Grandsons: Jason Farmer & wife Dane of McLean, and Jeremy Farmer & wife Sara of Dallas. 3 Great-Granddaughters: Elle McCracken, Kourtney Farmer and Mia McCracken.
