SERVICES: 2:00 PM Saturday, November 22, 2003, at the United Methodist Church in Miami, with Rev. Don Kinder, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Jenkins was born June 10, 1905 in Roberts County, Texas. She had been a lifelong resident of Miami and Roberts County. She was a graduate of Miami High School and graduated from what is now Texas Women's University in Denton. She taught home economics at Miami High School for several years during World War II. She married Theo Jenkins on June 14, 1929 in Ennis, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 23, 1982. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Miami, and the Miami Chapter #98 Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of numerous civic clubs in Miami.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Carol Gordon & husband Frederick of Miami. 1 Son: Donald Jenkins & wife Monett of Miami. 5 Grandchildren: F. William Gordon of Aledo, Janna Whitton of Allen, Lynda Skellenger of Austin, Kenneth Jenkins of Duncan, Oklahoma, and Kevin Jenkins of Brentwood, Tennessee. 12 Great-Grandchildren.MEMORIALS: United Methodist Church, 201 S.
