Kevin Hand of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating. Graveside services to follow immediately, at the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Local arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa, Texas.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Blaylock was born July 17, 1981 in Amarillo. He was a lifelong resident of San Antonio. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in San Antonio.SURVIVORS: Parents: Robert & Gay Blaylock of San Antonio. 1 Sister: Angie Blaylock of San Antonio. Maternal Grandmother: Theresa Kotara of White Deer. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Floyd & Lavenia Blaylock, and his maternal grandfather, John Kotara.
