Jeff Booth, pastor of the Christian Church of God in Amarillo, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Rankin was born on Dec. 30, 1929 in Miami where she had been a lifelong resident. She married Rudolph Rankin on Sept. 18, 1948 in Miami. She was a devoted wife, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to watch PBR (Bullriding) and loved her Weight Watchers friends. She was a member of the Christian Church of God in Amarillo.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Husband: Rudolph Rankin of the home; 1 daughter: Janet Voss of Miami; 2 sons: Newell Rankin and wife Toni and Ted Rankin and wife Connie all of Miami; 1 brother: Sid Talley of Miami; 2 granddaughters: Robin King of Canadian and Candace Sellers of Pampa; 4 grandsons: Ryan Rankin of Roaring Springs, Brandon Voss of Pampa, Daniel Rankin of Clarendon, and Tyler Rankin of Miami; and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ed Talley and Joe Dan Talley, by 2 sisters Nettie Folley and Laura Mae Talley, and by her parents, John and Dena Talley.<br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, P. O.
