SERVICES: 2:00 PM Friday, July 25, 2003, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Chaplain Bill Tomlin of the Good Shepherd Hospice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery with Masonic rites courtesy of Top O? Texas Masonic Lodge #1381 AF & AM, and military rites courtesy of the U. S. Marine Corps. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Gallimore was born March 16, 1925 and reared in and around Seymour, Baylor County, Texas. He left high school to join the Marine Corps in 1942. He was discharged as a sergeant in 1945. He joined the Texas National Guard in Pampa, and retired as Sergeant Major with 20 years total service. He earned his GED while in the Guard. He worked for Electric Supply and Chase Electric, and in 1964, he went into the electrical contracting business with Wayne Brooks (B & G Electric), and sold out to his partner in 1970. He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, life member of the 3rd Marine Division Association, life member of Good Sam Camping Club, member of the Top O' Texas Masonic Lodge #1381 AF & AM, member of the Scottish Rite Bodies of Lubbock, and member of the Shrine Clubs of Pampa and Amarillo. His hobbies included playing dominoes, cards, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lee & Mary B. Gallimore, his first wife, Georgia Gallimore on June 21, 2003, by a son, Dale Gallimore, a brother, Lee Gallimore, and a sister, Ruth Broadwater.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Gayle Poole & husband Gene of Canadian, and Barbara Gallimore of Pampa. 1 Son: Jerry Gallimore & wife Dorothy of Pampa. Daughter-in-Law: Nancy Gallimore of Lubbock. Sister: Sue Tucker of El Paso. 5 Grandchildren: Jeff Poole of Cameron, Missouri, Ricky Poole and wife Leigh Anne of Higgins, Brian Gallimore & wife Amber of Allen, Brandon Gallimore of Lubbock, and Chris Gallimore of Pampa. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Nichole Poole & Kendra Poole, both of Higgins, and Shaun Gallimore of Lubbock. Numerous nieces & nephews. Extended family includes: Dorothy Gallimore, Beverly Snider & husband Jewell, Angela Givens, Pam Martin, Roper Barr, Ro Dee Barr, Rylan Hathcoat, and Brendan Givens.<br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N.
