Rick Parnell, associate pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Townsend was born February 15, 1938 in Borger. She married William Randell Townsend on November 11, 1954 in Clayton, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1989. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1968. She was a cook for the Pampa Independent School District at Travis Elementary School, and then was the cook for Cal Farley's Family Program in Borger for the past 6 years. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Randy Townsend of Pampa; 3 Daughters: Karla Davis and Jeanne Eakin both of Pampa, and Janie Allen of Dallas; 2 Sisters: Sarah Blain and Lela Dickerman both of Pampa; Special Friend: Irvin Marsh of Borger; 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.<br><br>MEMORIALS: Cal Farley's Family Program, P.O.
