SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, with the Isom Masonic Lodge # 1242 of Borger, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Riley was born June 9, 1923 at Gerty, Oklahoma. He was reared in Gerty, Oklahoma, and Pampa, Texas, graduating from Pampa High School in 1941. He married Margaret Webb on May 20, 1962 in Odessa. He worked as a ganghand and gauger for Phillips Petroleum for 27 ½ years. He was also a pipeline inspector and ranched for several years. He was a Baptist and a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during World War II. He was a member of the Isom Masonic Lodge #1242 AF & AM in Borger. He was preceded in death by a sister, LaNora Stidham.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Wife: Margaret Riley of the home. 2 Daughters: Cheri Riley of Houston and Rhonda Riley of Santa Rosa, California. 1 Son: Steven Riley of Midland. 3 Step-Sons: Ron Webb of San Anselmo, California, Don Webb of Long Beach, California, and Richard Webb of Blooming Grove. 1 Sister: Bernice Musgrave of Pampa. 1 Brother: Samuel Riley of Atwood, Oklahoma. 6 Grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Step-Great-Grandchildren.<br><br>MEMORIALS: Home Hospice, 903 N.
