SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, June 9, 2003, at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Nathan Hopson of the Lighthouse Covenant Fellowship Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. <br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Ms. Vinson was born March 27, 1958 in Odessa. She had been a lifelong resident of Pampa. She was a member of the Lighthouse Covenant Fellowship Church.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Mother: Leona Ray of Pampa. 1 Son: David Wayne of White Deer. 7 Brothers: Stephen Lewis Vinson, Bryan Scott Vinson and Henry Allen Vinson, and Jeffrey Don Vinson, all of Pampa, David Walter Vinson and Tracy Randall Vinson, both of Houston, and James Martin Vinson of Austin. 3 Sisters: Cheryl Lynn Vinson and Terry Elaine Searl, both of Pampa, and Kelly Ann Richey of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by a sister, Karla Cho in 1997. <br>
