SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, June 9, 2003, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor of the Central Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Miss Carter was born May 15, 1964 in Hollywood, California. She had been a resident of Pampa for 25 years, graduating from Pampa High School in 1982. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Pampa. For the past 17 years, she had battled the disease scleroderma.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Todd Andrew Carter of Pampa. Father & Step-Mother: Jimmy & Janice Carter of Lake Isabella, California. Brother: James Carter of Riverside, California. Sister & Brother-in-Law: Denise & Gary Parks of Pampa. Grandfather: Rev. L. C. Lynch of Odessa. 2 Nieces: Janell Parks and Heather Parks, both of Pampa. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Carter in May of 1996.<br><br>MEMORIALS: To a favorite charity.<br>
