SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 17, 2003, at the Zion Lutheran Church, with Rev. Michael Erickson, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Pomerhn was born July 18, 1949 in Ebenezer, New York. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering, and did post graduate work at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. He married brigett Schwin on August 7, 1998 in North Collins, New York. He had been a resident of Pampa since June 1, 1999, moving from Orange Park, Florida. He was employed by Cabot Corp. as the health and safety director from 1999 until the time of his death. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, the Kairos Prison Ministry in Pampa, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Local Emergency Planning Council, and the Cabot Community Relations Team. He supported the area Community Theater and the Pampa Fine Arts Association. <br><br>SURVIVORS: Wife: brigett Pomerhn of the home. 1 Daughter: Brooke Pomerhn of Tampa, Florida. 2 Sons: Brent Pomerhn of Orange Park, Florida, and Richard Anderson, Jr., of the home.
