Rick Parnell, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery BIOGRAPHY: Mr. McMillan was born on Oct. 4, 1920 in DeQueen, Arkansas. He married Eunice New on July 20, 1946 in Amarillo. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1947. He worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 43 years, retiring as a signal foreman in 1984. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy during World War II, serving in Guam, the Philippines, and Australia.He was a former assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.SURVIVORS: Wife: Eunice McMillan of the home; 1 son: Larry D. McMillan and wife Dana of Amarillo; 1 sister: Helen Orr of Springdale, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.MEMORIALS: Central Baptist Church Building Fund, 513 E. Francis, Pampa, TX 79065 or a favorite charity.
