SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, May 9, 2003, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, Texas, with Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor of the Central Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Alexander was born July 25, 1918 at Boonsville, Texas. She married James Alfred Alexander on September 19, 1940 at Wheeler, Texas. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1996. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1950, moving to Lubbock 4 years ago. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church of Pampa.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 Son & Daughter-in-Law: Wendell & Dorothy Alexander of Lubbock. 2 Sisters: Cora Adams of Plainview, and Geneva Vermillion of Fort Scott, Kansas. 5 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, James E. Alexander in 1991, and by 4 brothers, Lonnie Davis, Nelson Davis, H. F.
