SERVICES: 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 24, 2003, at the First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Jackie Riley of the Southgate Baptist Church in Moore, Oklahoma, and Rev. John Collis of the First Baptist Church in White Deer, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.<br><br>BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2003, at Sharon Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi, under the direction of Memory Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Ulmer was born February 7, 1949 in Laurel, Mississippi. He married Becky Breeding on August 1, 1972 in Wickett, Texas. He had been a resident of Skellytown since 1986. He worked for J. E. Carlson Construction for 20 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of White Deer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Effie Mae Ulmer.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Wife: Becky of the home. 2 Daughters: Amy Keeler of Dallas, Texas and Jamie Claypool of Amarillo, Texas. 1 Sister: Brenda Riley of Norman, Oklahoma. 2 Brothers: Tedford Ulmer of North Richland Hills, Texas, and Jack Ulmer of Laurel, Mississippi. <br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N.
