SERVICES: 2:00 PM Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Dr. Randy White, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. <br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Eckroat was born February 3, 1928 in Elk City, Oklahoma. She came to Pampa in 1958 from Clinton, Oklahoma. She married Virgil Eckroat in May of 1960 in Pampa. He preceded her in death in 1997. She worked as a waitress at the White Way Caf? and the Coronado Inn for many years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter & Son-in-Law: Linda & George Pappas of The Woodlands. 1 Son & Daughter-in-Law: Don & Melanie Carter of Pampa. 3 Sisters: Hazel McLaughlin of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Uvon Todd of Memphis, Texas, and Evon Flippo of Pampa. 2 Grandchildren: Teresa Armer of Kissee Mills, Missouri, and Lance Daniel of Mustang, Oklahoma. 5 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen & Inez Beth Hall, a daughter Judy Barnett, a granddaughter Kellie Carter, and a brother Allen Hall. <br><br>MEMORIALS: Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S.
