SERVICES: 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of the Highland Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Bullard was born May 30, 1910 in Honey Grove, Texas. She married Dewey Bullard on December 13, 1930 in Hugo, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1996. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1952. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 3 Daughters & 2 Sons-in-Law: Ruthie & Bob Baird, and Martha & Jim Maple, all of Pampa, and Ruby Ferrell of Roswell, New Mexico. 1 Son & Daughter-in-Law: George & Shirley Bullard of Pampa. 1 Brother: J. C. Nelson of Canton. Special Friend: Linda Ellison of Pampa. 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Allan Ferrell.<br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, Texas 79065, or Highland Baptist Church, 1301 N. Banks, Pampa, Texas 79065. <br>
