SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:30 AM Monday at Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Rowell was born July 2, 1924 at Commerce, Texas. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1963 where he was the golf course superintendent at Celanese for 36 years. He married Pat Jackson on April 10, 1964 in Pampa. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy during World War II.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Wife: Pat Rowell of the home; 3 daughters: Kathy West of Buckeye, Arizona, Pam Hibler of Wheeler, and Teresa Knott of Odessa; 3 sons: Perry Rowell of Borger and Jason Rowell and Don Rowell, both of Pampa; 3 sisters: Opal Davidson of Sweetwater, Grace Banner of Brownsville, Tennessee, and Naomi Gardner of Anaheim, California; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Randall Rowell.<br><br><br>
