SERVICES: Private burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church, with Dr. Edwin Cooley, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: She was born September 26, 1935 in Amarillo, Texas where she lived most of her life. She moved to Pampa in 1993, where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 son: Nelson Baland of Lubbock, Texas. 1 sister and brother-in-law: Jane and Bill Potts of Pampa. 1 brother: Bill Cheyne of Austin, Texas; 2 grandchildren: John Mark Baland and Joanna Marie Baland both of Amarillo, Texas.<br><br>MEMORIALS: Book of Remembrance at First Presbyterian Church, 525 N.
