Lewis Ellis, retired Baptist minister, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Tuesday at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Miss Crabtree was born on March 18, 1944 in Elk City, OK. She had been a resident of Lefors most of her life. She was a 1962 graduate of Lefors High School and graduated from Frank Phillips College in Borger in 1964. She worked as an emergency room nurse at Highland General Hospital, Coronado Community Hospital, and Pampa Regional Medical Center for 38 years. She was a Baptist.SURVIVORS: 2 aunts and 1 uncle: Verle and Leslie Vaught and Irene Crabtree, all of Elk City, OK; 5 cousins.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
