David Wayne Stevens Sr.

SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 18, 2003, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Pastor Jim Sinyard, associate pastor of the Carpenter's Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. <br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Stevens was born October 7, 1959 in Borger. He was a lifelong resident of Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 1978. He married Margaret Arellano on April 5, 1983 in Pampa. He was an umpire for the Pampa USSSA Softball Association for 20 years. He cooked and managed the kitchens of various restaurants in Pampa most of his adult life. His last place of employment was as a caregiver and sitter for a local resident. He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Leon Stevens.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Wife: Margaret of the home. 2 Daughters: Dawn Marie Stevens and Meesha Jo Stevens, both of the home. 1 Son: David Wayne Stevens, II of the home. Mother: Mary Stevens of Pampa. 1 Sister: Dorinda Hayes of Pampa. 1 Brother: Martin Stevens of Pampa. Maternal Grandmother: Loraine Travis of White Deer.<br><br><br>
