SERVICES: 11:00 AM Friday, January 10, 2003 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Dr. Randy White, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Tinney was born July 30, 1915 at Charlie, Texas. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1952, moving from Wellington. He married Ola Boyles on September 22, 1932 in Hollis, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on December 9, 2002. He was a very prominent builder throughout the Panhandle for more than 40 years. He was very instrumental in the development of real estate in Pampa. He was past president of the Panhandle Home Builder's Association. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Everyman's Sunday School Class. He was preceded in death by a brother, R. J. Tinney. <br><br>SURVIVORS: 2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Bob & Mary Tinney of Odessa, and Don & Nedra Tinney of Allen. 1 Daughter: Wanda Sue Skulley of Pampa. 1 Sister: Lorena Haskins of Port LaVaca, Texas. 7 Grandchildren: Rhonda Tinney of Redding, California, Stan & wife Anita Tinney and Kavin & wife Irene Tinney, all of Odessa, David Tinney of Dallas, Mitchell & wife Jennifer Tinney of Garland, Gary & wife Sheila Winton of Pampa, and Stephen & wife Mindy Winton of Fort Worth; and several great-grandchildren.<br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N.
