SERVICES: 10:00 AM Friday, December 27, 2002 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of the Highland Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. <br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Snapp was born October 30, 1928 on a farm near Barnard, Kansas. He worked in the oilfield in Kansas before moving to Pampa in 1956. He retired as district manager of Baker Oil Tools, Inc., in 1990, after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Highland Baptist Church and the Top O' Texas Masonic Lodge #1381 AF & AM. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Ruth Marie Stewart Snapp, and a sister, Louise Hatfield.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 3 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Allen & Jan Snapp, Donnie & Rhonda Snapp, and Bill & Carol Snapp, all of Pampa. 2 Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Ginger & John Jones and Karen & George Mendoza, all of Pampa. 1 Sister: Nola Gulden of Oregon City, Oregon. 13 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren. <br><br>MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N.
