SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Goode, associate pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, and Rev. Lonny Robbins, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Black was born on July 6, 1938 in Pampa, and he was a longtime Liberal, Kansas resident, returning to Pampa in 1995. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps. He was a dispatcher for Yellow Freight Co. in Liberal for 17 years and was a photographer for the Pampa News. He was a member of Trinity Fellowship Church and was an active volunteer for the Harvest House. He married Louisa Perez on Sept. 1, 1992 in Liberal. He was a past member of the Liberal Masonic Lodge and he enjoyed flying. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Keith Black.SURVIVORS: Wife: Louisa Black of the home; 1 daughter: Katrina Miller of Sharon Springs, KS; 3 sons: Luez Aguilar, David Perez, and Joshua Dave Perez, all of the home; 2 sisters: Elnora Haynes of Pampa and Charlotte Schiffman of Fort Worth; 1 brother: Terry Black of Skellytown; 4 grandchildren.
