She married I. W. Tinney on September 22, 1932 in Hollis, Oklahoma. She came to Pampa in 1952 from Wellington. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Business & Professional Women's Sunday School Class.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Husband: I. W. Tinney of the home. 2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Bob & Mary Tinney of Odessa, and Don & Nedra Tinney of Allen. 1 Daughter: Wanda Sue Skulley of Pampa. 7 Grandchildren: Rhonda Tinney of Redding, CA, Stan & wife Anita Tinney and Kavin & wife Irene Tinney, all of Odessa, David Tinney of Dallas, Mitchell & wife Jennifer Tinney of Garland, Gary & wife Sheila Winton of Pampa, and Stephen & wife Mindy Winton of Ft.
