SERVICES: 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Dr. Randy White, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Tinney was born April 10, 1915 in Hall County, Texas. She married I. W. Tinney on September 22, 1932 in Hollis, Oklahoma. She came to Pampa in 1952 from Wellington. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Business & Professional Women's Sunday School Class.<br><br>SURVIVORS: Husband: I. W. Tinney of the home. 2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Bob & Mary Tinney of Odessa, and Don & Nedra Tinney of Allen. 1 Daughter: Wanda Sue Skulley of Pampa. 7 Grandchildren: Rhonda Tinney of Redding, CA, Stan & wife Anita Tinney and Kavin & wife Irene Tinney, all of Odessa, David Tinney of Dallas, Mitchell & wife Jennifer Tinney of Garland, Gary & wife Sheila Winton of Pampa, and Stephen & wife Mindy Winton of Ft. Worth; and several Great-Grandchildren.<br><br>MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church or the Business & Professional Women's Sunday School Class, 203 N. West, Pampa, Texas 79065.
