SERVICES: Vigil service will be at 7:00 PM Sunday in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa with Msgr. Kevin Hand, pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in White Deer, officiating. Mass will be at 10:00 AM Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in White Deer with Msgr. Kevin Hand, pastor, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Sacred Heart Cemetery in White Deer under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Rapstine was born on Dec. 27, 1914 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and she had been a resident of White Deer for about 75 years. She married Ben Rapstine on Aug. 15, 1933 in Amarillo. He preceded her in death in 1999. She was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in White Deer and the Sacred Heart Altar Society.<br><br>SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Kathleen Rose of Palestine; 3 sons: Philip Rapstine of Lubbock, and Gregory Rapstine and Douglas Rapstine, both of White Deer; 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.<br><br>MEMORIALS: St. Ann's Home in Panhandle or Sacred Heart Activities Center in White Deer.
