Gene Allen, retired Full Gospel minister, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Bliss was born on Aug. 9, 1931 in Atoka County, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Pampa since 1952. He married Eulon "Judy" Palmer on Dec. 5, 1953 in Clovis, NM. He was an operator for A & A Steam Service for 39 years and later owned Jessie Bliss Steam Service, retiring in 1997.SURVIVORS: Wife: Eulon "Judy" Bliss of the home; 2 sons: Franklin Bliss and Dean Bliss, both of Pampa; 2 sisters: Glendean Goodwin of Coleman, OK and Marzel Lambert of Kenefic, OK; 1 brother: David Bliss of Ardmore, OK; 2 grandchildren.
