Army from 1961 until 1973, serving in Korea, Germany, and Vietnam. He lived in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Holiday Island from 1973 until 1997, when he moved to Pampa.SURVIVORS: 1 sister: Mary Russell and husband Willard of Livingston; 1 brother: Billy Fulcher and wife Carol of Pampa.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
