Lonny Robbins, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating.ENTOMBMENT: Memory Gardens Mausoleum under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Oxley was born on July 22, 1926 in Texas County, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1954. He married Lillian V. Behne on June 3, 1972 in Guymon, Oklahoma. He worlked for the City of Pampa as a street foreman, retiring after 33 years of service. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a member of the American Paint Horse Association.SURVIVORS: Wife: Lillian Oxley of the home; 1 son: John Oxley of Pampa; 2 stepsons: Rusty Behne and Arthur Dean Behne, both of Guymon, OK; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity
