He had been a resident of Pampa since 1951. He married Wanda Dudley in 1959, and she preceded him in death in 1989. He later married yvonne Howdeshell in 1996 in Pampa. He worked for Mundy Corp. for 23 years. He was a member of First Christian Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Yvonne Winegeart of the home; 1 son: Jackie Lee Winegeart of Washington; 4 stepdaughters: Pat Tucker of McKinney, Karla Gray of Howe, Paula Locke of Troop, and Kathy Clements of Sanger; 3 brothers: L.
