SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Doug Yates, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral DirectorsBIOGRAPHY: Born July 19, 1927 in Beggs, Oklahoma, he left this world to go on to another place of happiness on August 20, 2002 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a long time resident of Pampa and Miami. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, worked for the U. S. Postal Service for 10 years, and retired as a 30-year employee of Kerr-McGee Oil Corporation. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay in 1998, and his mother, Hadda, this past FebruarySURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Carletta "Gidget" Moore of Justin and Gena Simpson of Las Vegas, NV; 1 stepson: Roy Hoskinson of Pampa; 2 brothers: Gilbert Moore and Willard Moore, both of Pampa; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
